All of the staff were very welcoming and amazing. My appointment was very quick and easy. They gave me a coupon in case my insurance didn’t cover my prescription 🙂

I initially had a consultation for laser hair removal which was great and, I was very comfortable to book the procedure as soon as possible. The laser machine was off site getting maintenance or repairs(?) and I was able to schedule for the following week, when the machine was back in the office.However, when I showed up for my appointment, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled as the machine was not back.The receptionist was rather rude and said that she had left me a voicemail the day before (which I missed - my bad). It was the whole "didn't you get my voicemail?" undertone which was annoying. She said that someone will call me when the machine is back to re-schedule my appointment....no one called.What should have been done is another phone call the next morning, as my appointment wasn't until 1pm in the afternoon. There was no automated text advising of my appointment cancelation either.I went next door to Alyne Aesthetics who have been wonderful and I'm on my second treatment for laser hair removal.
It is refreshing to have real experts who are personable and open about your skin issues and options. I felt was about my needs not about how much money they can make off mee.
My wife visited this place and they billed her on the spot where they informed her that they would charge for the treatment. Later we receive a bill in the mail saying that there is an additional visit charge which we'll have to pay, which they didn't disclose at the locations and was a surprise/hidden charge.The person who called about it was extremely rude and unprofessional and wasn't ready to acknowledge heir mistake and said it's a common charge which everyone has to pay. I would have happily paid it if they had at least mentioned it before hand.
I saw Gabrielle Bassile last week for a skin condition that started three months ago. I went to three different doctors who prescribed different medications and nothing relieved my symptoms, which are painful at times. I was able to get an appointment with Berman Skin Institute within a few days. Gabrielle listened to my long explanation of experiences and frustrations in not getting much help with the other doctors. She listened to me with patience and compassion. She prescribed medications that gave me relief within a day and I am very grateful!
I have tried other places and could feel the sales pitch. Here I found a place on google , made my own appointment and attended. There was no pressure, they had supply on hand so I did not have to pre purchase it and wait for arrive . I did have to schedule another appointment only so we could allow more time placing the fillers . She was Thorough and explained each step. She even offered a way to save money and wait . But with my aging signs i decided to remove those tuff places I can’t hide with contouring or a lot of make up . I’m very please with my results. Very subtle . If I need more I will see in two weeks when the swelling goes down. The saving of aging have had significant improvement from the filler procedures. I’m only 45 , too young for a facelift and aging signs are present. Excellent fix.
Small office with professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Provides both medical and cosmetic dermatology which is just right for us. Based on our first experience, we will definitely return and will recommend to our daughter and others! A positive experience and we left feeling very satisfied!!!

I’ve been going here for nearly three years now for skin checks and other purposes. The staff are very friendly and service is top notch.
While the PA herself has been great, the billing department and system they have is a DISASTER. I have had to contact their billing department due to being overcharged/incorrect billing after each appointment and it has taken several weeks to resolve. They always say they have to reach back out to the provider to actually get anything fixed and explained. If you do go here be sure to check every single charge and EOB and keep all receipts.Like I said, the PA herself is great and I have been happy with what I have had done, but the amount of time I’ve spent on fixing the billing errors and hundreds of dollars I was overcharged has been really frustrating.
Staff and doctors are always so courteous. Easy to get an appointment within a day.

PA was professional, compassionate, and helpful. Minimal wait time. All staff were friendly and professional. I made the appointment online, which was seamless. I started making an appointment the day before, but it seemed like I was dealing with a third party scheduling company. I did not like that experience. Overall, my experience was excellent.
Nurse practishener Basile was fantastic. Took the time to answer my questions and spoke in common sense laymans terms.
It was quick and easy. I went in to have a skin tag removed. I was out of there in 10 minutes

I came in on Wednesday, October 25 for an appointment for laser hair removal consultation. I had scheduled the consultation online with Shelby. I got to the appointment 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork at 1:30. I was put into a waiting room office and was told that the nurse practitioner would be in soon but I did not make my appointment with the nurse practitioner and they did not communicate with me that I would no longer be seeing Shelby. They had me waiting in the exam room for over 25 minutes I finally left the room and told them that I had to leave because I had another appointment. They all just stared at me didn’t apologize didn’t try to reschedule the appointment they did not care about my time or being late or even communicating that they were running behind terrible customer service won’t be returning
Glad I switched to them in Tracy. All the ladies were nice and helpful.
It wasa very nice visit. Wait was less than 5 minutes. The staff is very professional and friendly. I'll be back in 6 months for semi annual screening.
Dr. Kelsey Chung saw me. I had a fast growing mole on my face and in less than 5 minutes she took it off and sent it to pathology. She and her assistant were super polite and professional. After examining my "wide assortment" of other moles, she patiently explained to me what they were and why they were not a concern for her. She is a to-the-point doctor, but very grounded and willing to duscuss your situation answering all your questions. I highly recommend them.
Doctor and staff were amazing, they removed a mole on my face in the first visit. The medical assistant was very nice and helpful. Also price was not that bad. I will be going back to have a second mole removal in a few weeks.

Berman is clean, welcoming, and all the staff are professional. There's no high pressure sales, just great care in taking care of your needs. You don't have to buy anything. You get your skin checked, any concerns addressed in a friendly welcoming environment. It's a very nice place to go. My dermatologist is the best, and she took extra time and found me where to find the cheapest Retin A. She didn't have to do that. I've made that my dermatologist of choice.
