They overcharged me, too much Copay, and finally after taking so much money did not perform any treatment at all.

I want to give it 4 stars as I like that they oprn on Saturday.Their overall staff is good but there is this feeling of rush-ness in what they do.Communication is a bit off but better than other places for sure.The doctor is very good and his nurse almost always reply for phone call messages.

I went in for a consultation and was able to receive my first treatment. Candice was a complete Pro! She briefed me on all the info I’d need and managed to keep me engaged while we were waiting for the doctor’s approval. She did a SUPERB job on my botched eyebrows! I’m going back in 2 months.

Dr Arzeno and her team are super fast and thorough when I had the Mohs surgery. Honestly I wish they had taken their time a bit more and started with a smaller cut to attempt to save more skin on my nose, it may have been what it had to be regardless, but I did feel like they rushed me through. The nurses were comforting when I had to have more skin taken out due to the cancer than we had hoped. Dr. Arzeno called me for a consult before as well and answered all the questions I had. She is very skilled and knowledgeable.
