Had a skin issue while traveling in SF and was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. I saw Dr Pyles who was very professional, kind, and helpful. I will recommend him to my daughter who lives in the city
Very hard to reach the doctor via phone call, the office line is always busy and they return call 2 days or a week later. . They should use the online messaging instead of letting the patient call 10 times.
The staff at the front were very friendly & quick with the check in. I made the appointment around 10am & was seen two hours later the same day. Dr. Pyles & his team did an amazing job. He removed my concern the same day but informed me if I wanted to keep it he didn’t see it as a threat, I chose to remove it though. It was a quick process. Will be going back for further concerns or general checks.
