The providers are very kind and informative and are really exceptional in their practice . However the front desk staff was not very friendly.I was a new consult and when I walked in it was not even a hello or a smile. I initiated the greeting. All she said was who are you here to see? I felt stupid because I didn’t really know as I was a new patient and I forgot who I was seeing. It just seemed like she was in her mundane job that she hated. My mom was with me and I told her the front desk didn’t seem very friendly and she said they are always rude.I have worked front desk in the medical field for 20 years and I would never in my life not greet a patient in a friendly welcoming manner. They definitely need to work on their greeting as they are not leaving a very good impression as soon as you walk through the door.

Dr. Park and the staff at the Cameron Park office were highly professional, plus friendly and approachable. I felt acknowledged and listened to. Dr. Park offered different approaches to my skin condition, which I appreciated, plus I was given some sunscreen samples to try out. Would definitely see Dr. Park again, especially because of her understanding of Asian skin and its particular needs.

Great visit! I was actually excited to have a lady doctor. It turns out I’m finally old enough that my teenage years of sun are catching up to me. I think the visit went well but wish I would have gotten a little more information about what to watch for and how to tell if something is sus but still think overall a good visit
